Dear Authors, Readers, Reviewers, and Editorial Board Members,
A logo is far more than a simple graphic—it is the cornerstone of a journal's brand identity and the most immediate visual representation of our academic mission. As Agricultural & Rural Studies continues to evolve, we recognize that a strong, cohesive visual identity is essential for building trust and recognition in the global research community.
Since its launch, Agricultural & Rural Studies has established a strong foundation, earning growing recognition for academic excellence. Building on this remarkable progress, and to better support our continued growth—particularly in terms of international dissemination, visibility, and brand communication—we are pleased to announce that the journal will officially unveil its new logo starting from the next issue.

The new design adopts a minimalist flat style, featuring a forest-green pine tree and a warm-wood-brown cottage with a four-pane window. The pine tree symbolizes agricultural ecology and sustainability, while the cottage represents rural human settlements and farmland—perfectly capturing the interdisciplinary essence of our journal.
Aligned with our standardized brand palette (Forest Green: #2E8B57; Warm Wood Brown: #A0522D), the refreshed visual identity reflects our unwavering commitment to academic rigor and the sustainable development of agricultural and rural areas worldwide.
We believe this upgrade will not only strengthen our brand presence but also facilitate broader reach and impact across the global research community.
Thank you for your continued support as we embark on this exciting new chapter.
Sincerely,
The Editorial Office of Agricultural & Rural Studies
