Meeting Objectives:
The 2026 Annual Work Meeting aims to bring together A&R editorial board members, contributing authors, and external advisors to:
- Review progress and outcomes achieved in 2025,
- Define strategic priorities and action plans for 2026,
- Strengthen collaboration and engage stakeholders in shaping the journal’s development.
Key Agenda:
1. Review of 2025: Quality as the Core Focus
• Assessment of quality-enhancement initiatives implemented throughout the year
• Presentation of key achievements, challenges, and lessons learned
• Discussion of feedback from readers, authors, and peer institutions
2. Outlook for 2026: Impact as the Annual Watchword
• Introduction of the 2026 annual theme: Impact
• Development of impact-oriented objectives and evaluation metrics
• Planning for initiatives such as:
o Develop clear metrics for academic and societal impact.
o Expand dissemination channels to engage broader audiences including policymakers, practitioners, and international readers.
o Foster transdisciplinary collaborations that bridge research, policy, and grassroots innovation.
3. Open Dialogue and Strategic Planning
• Interactive sessions for suggestions and co-creation of 2026 roadmap
• Policy and procedure updates to support A&R’s mission
• Networking and partnership-building opportunities
